The expansive and long western lake view delivers beautiful southern Florida sunsets, and the lighted lake fountain creates a soothing environment. It is equipped for entertaining with an outdoor kitchen that boasts a wraparound granite counter wet bar with seating for five. Also included are an under-counter refrigerator and a Sedona stainless-steel grill with two lava rock burners plus a radiant heat burner for searing the perfect steak. The expansive patio area has a propane fire pit and six seat dinner table. The 12-volt newly updated LED landscape lighting highlights the 5 royal palms, Christmas palms and pathway lighting.
