The expansive and long western lake view delivers beautiful southern Florida sunsets, and the lighted lake fountain creates a soothing environment. It is equipped for entertaining with an outdoor kitchen that boasts a wraparound granite counter wet bar with seating for five. The expansive patio area has a propane fire pit (must provide own propane) and six seat dinner table. The 12-volt newly updated LED landscape lighting highlights the 5 royal palms, Christmas palms and pathway lighting.
